Hp intel core i3 Raptor Lake Refresh Still Equipped with Makeshift Specifications

The presence of the Hp Intel Core i3 Raptor Lake Refresh processor was quite much anticipated. Not only anticipated, the presence of the entry-level processor is also anticipated because it is said to bring a greater number of cores and threads than the previous generation.

Hp Intel Core i3 Raptor Lake Refresh Only Brings 4 Cores

Intel's 14th Generation or Raptor Lake Refresh is the latest processor from Intel's blue camp which is planned to launch globally in the third quarter of this year. Various interesting information surfaced, including the number of cores and threads which are being increased to keep up with the times.

So, what about the Hp Intel Core i3 Raptor Lake Refresh processor? Previously, information circulated that the latest generation of Intel processors would be enhanced with the presence of an increased number of cores and threads.

However, not with the Hp Intel Core i3 Raptor Lake Refresh, which apparently still only has 4 cores and 8 threads. What distinguishes it from the previous generation is that only 4 Performance Cores have officially replaced the naming cores we know.

Intel Raptor Lake Refresh Only Pursue Speed?

The Intel Raptor Lake Refresh processor is reportedly only chasing Boost Clock. This is evidenced by Chi11eddog's recent tweet, where it is clear that the lowest Boost Clock speed on the Hp Intel Core i3 Raptor Lake Refresh processor is in the 4.7GHz range.

If we compare the Hp Intel Core i3 Raptor Lake Refresh with the previous generation, it is likely that the Base Clock and Boost Clock will have a minor difference.

The difference between Base Clock and Boost Clock is not much

For example, the i3-12100 has a Base Clock of 3.3GHz and a Boost Clock of 4.3GHz, and the i3-13100 is equipped with a Base Clock of 3.4GHz and a Boost Clock of 4.5GHz, which means the i3-14100 will be armed with a Base Clock of 3.5GHz with a Boost Clock of 4.7GHz which of course matches the leaks tweeted before.
