Sixthgameon - Finally, Apple's new device , the iPhone 14 , took part in the endurance test made by JerryRigEverything. To test the durability of the device, a series of tests were then carried out.
This series of tests that the iPhone 14 must pass includes the process of scratching, burning and bending the device. In general, the design of Apple's new device is similar to the iPhone 13 which was released in 2021.
Reporting from GSM Arena, the endurance test that the iPhone 14 goes through starts from scratching the screen. At the 6th level, small scratches begin to appear. Towards level 7, an indentation is then visible on the body of the device.
After going through another testing process, the aluminum side of the iPhone 14 starts to show a collision with the part that shows the discoloration. For information, the iPhone 14 color used for this test is Midnight Black.
On the camera side, there was no significant damage to the iPhone 14 body during initial testing. Things start to change at level 6 when signs of damage begin to appear.
Furthermore, in the burn-in test, some pixels on the screen suddenly died. Continuing to test to bend the device, the iPhone 14 did not show any damage that was dangerous enough.
Through the JerryRigEverything endurance test, the iPhone 14 proved to be very strong to accept a series of tests. This proves that Apple provides many changes in terms of appearance for the new device.
